KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the process pertaining to Recruitment and Selection such as Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Offer and Pre-joining
- Talent search through Database, Job Portal and internal references based on the requirements of the Client.
- Posting requirements and Advertisement on Job Portals.
- Preliminary screening and short listing the right qualitative profile and scheduling them for an interview.
- Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Forwarding the right and interested candidates resume to the clients against the requirement followed by interview co-ordinations and scheduling.
- Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, and handling of End to End Recruitment.
