Legal Compliance Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all company legal compliance, documentation, and filing.
- Review and update agreements and compliance documents in consultation with legal advisers.
- Address any legal disputes involving current or former employees with legal advisers regarding there formalities.
- Manage employee benefits information including PF, ESIC, and Gratuity.
- Manage and ensure timely payments of employee benefits (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
- Attend court hearings for employee disputes and coordinate with advocates for resolution.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and trends impacting the company.
- Ensure company policies and compliances are up to date.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on outstanding litigations and coordinate their follow-up and closure.
- Maintain administrative records for all legal matters and assist in various legal filings.
